Ashwell Woodland is a Vancouver-based ambient sound and visual artist whose practice investigates the porous thresholds of silence, resonance, and embodiment. Working with field recordings, modular and granular synthesis, as well generative visual processes, Ashwell Woodland crafts immersive audiovisual environments that blur perception and memory that obfuscates time and space.
