Buncha

Buncha is a Victoria based DJ who has been shaped by the queer internet-based music scene they inhabit. They have been active in a virtual-reality based underground music community populated by visual artists, music producers and other DJs from around the world. Over the past four years, Buncha has carved a niche for themselves tearing up dancefloors with the groovy basslines and pounding breaks of late 90s and early 2000s drum and bass.

Using a homemade virtual performance space inspired by the west coast venues they’ve visited, equipped with a crate full of records comprised of music they discovered because of their friends from the internet, Buncha will showcase a slice of their community for a dance across realities.
